Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our NSW Print Production team. This role will involve providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring that their printing equipment is functioning at optimal levels.

  • This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of printing equipment, as well as providing training and support to customers on the use of our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check
