Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Remuneration Analyst to support the Head of Reward and broader P&C team in an exceptional Australian infrastructure provider at the forefront of the transition to renewable energy.

The role involves planning and implementing performance & remuneration review cycles, completing job evaluations and remuneration recommendations, as well as maintaining remuneration / people data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A couple of corporate remuneration reviews under your belt
  • Strong data analysis and attention to detail
  • Confidence across most aspects of corporate Broad Based Comp - Fixed and Variable rem, Job Evaluations, Benchmarking etc.
