Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ICT professional to provide operational support to various sites as required. This includes configuring, installing, monitoring, and managing ICT environments using sound technical expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and installing ICT environments
  • Maintaining and supporting one or more technical domains
  • Providing timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigations and diagnosing incidents
  • Implementing remedial actions to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate good working relationships with colleagues
  • Ability to identify and resolve ICT-related problems within defined Service Level Agreements
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing, configuring, monitoring, and implementing ICT environments
