Job Title:

People & Culture Coordinator


Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment, tracking compliance, and providing HR administration support.

  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, contracts, and onboarding
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking of compliance documentation, such as police checks, vaccinations, and qualifications
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including drafting contracts and managing compliance registers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR recruitment and/or coordination. Essential skills include knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment and/or coordination
  • Experience in aged care or healthcare (essential)
  • A genuine passion for people and team wellbeing
