We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Culture Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our organisational culture and driving enterprise-wide engagement initiatives.
The RoleThis specialist will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of our employee survey program. They will partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning. Additionally, they will support the implementation of new organisational listening tools and design exciting culture initiatives that bring our culture to life.
- Lead the development and execution of the employee survey program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate survey results and drive business improvement initiatives.
- Support the introduction of new organisational listening tools and technologies.
- Design and implement innovative culture initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers of listening tools and technologies.
- Provide insights and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Contribute to the development of culture, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
