Job Description

As a strategic Business Insights Manager, you will lead the development of business-focused reporting and analytics solutions for the Business Bank. Your primary objective is to uncover actionable insights from complex data sets, drive business growth, and inform decision-making across various stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Business Bank. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and technical skills will enable you to navigate complex business problems and provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced data models and analytical frameworks.
  • Designing and implementing data visualization dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and prioritize project initiatives.
  • Leading data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical programming languages.
  • Exposure to machine learning techniques and ability to apply them to real-world business problems.
