Role: Strategic Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled business professional to provide strategic insights and drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor industry data and key performance indicators to determine our company's position in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that enhance profitability and market share.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in new product launches and market expansion initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
