Job Overview

The Value & Access Manager plays a pivotal role in preparing high-quality submissions to drive business growth. As a lead on cross-functional teams, the individual delivers actionable insights to inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing comprehensive submissions, including crafting clear and evidence-based content with accountability for quality and delivery timelines.
  2. Delivering reliable access and payer insights to shape strategy and inform business decision-making.
  3. Contributing to reimbursement feasibility assessments for new products/indications to support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
  4. Monitoring the evolving reimbursement and policy landscape in Australia and New Zealand, and contributing to stakeholder engagement activities that support access objectives.
  5. Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure local access insights inform evidence planning and support alignment on access and pricing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in Value & Access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.
