Agribusiness Relationship Specialist

Job Description:

As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the agricultural sector. Your background in commerce, finance or banking will provide a solid foundation for this role.

You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their business. Your expertise in agriculture and farming will enable you to identify opportunities to assist customers in accessing finance to grow their business and contribute to regional wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a mature portfolio of high value Tasmanian customers from our Launceston office
  • Identify ways to assist customers to access finance to grow their business and increase market share in target markets
  • Prepare concise, accurate and timely loan proposals and reviews whilst ensuring the quality of credit assessment and ongoing management is maintained
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Business Influencers by proactively networking and developing new relationships with potential future customers
