About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the daily operation of HASTUS, including data management for other systems delivering essential transport services. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with open data and accessibility information management, working closely with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of stop/station accessibility data, ensuring current and accurate information across relevant systems.
  • Maintaining data interfaces and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while safeguarding data quality and integrity used in ticketing, real-time systems, reporting, and open data.
  • Contributing to network scheduling improvements by identifying opportunities, analyzing operator cost models, and recommending solutions enhancing business efficiency and operational savings.
  • Providing support for HASTUS system operations, including input into strategy and business processes, and assisting with module development, customisation, and implementation.
  • Supporting open data initiatives and operational analysis, contributing to the delivery of the open data strategy, reviewing datasets for continuous improvement, and interpreting relevant legislation and guidelines to inform scheduling practices.
