Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working lawyer to join our expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team. As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will provide expert advice to clients on matters relating to acquisitions, project development, joint venture structuring, and more.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector.
  • They should possess an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, allowing them to deliver smart client solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Admitted lawyer with 4-8 years' experience.
