Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal guidance across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate and draft contracts to support our business growth.
  • Legal Advice: Provide expert advice on commercial, consumer, IP, corporate and property matters.
  • Template Development: Create and maintain standard contracts and templates.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes and support litigation processes.
  • Training and Guidance: Deliver legal training and guidance to the business.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, and admission to practice in Australia.
  • Experience: In-house experience with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess risk quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator who speaks up when it matters.
