Remote Real Estate Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, generating new opportunities, and contributing directly to sales success.

You will play a vital role in managing leads, coordinating tasks, assisting with client communications, and streamlining team operations.

  • Cold Calling & Lead Management:
    • Conduct cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leads within the real estate market.
    • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
    • Assist in preparing, editing, and organizing documents.
    • Oversee email management and prioritize important messages for timely responses.
  • Communication & Customer Service:
    • Serve as a liaison between our team, clients, and external partners.
    • Respond to inquiries professionally via email, chat, and phone.
    • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Task & Project Coordination:
    • Assist with project coordination, document management, and data entry.
    • Organize and track incoming messages and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Conduct online research and compile data to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, previous cold calling experience preferably in real estate, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and trustworthy with confidential information.
