Job Title

An administrative professional sought to provide critical sales support across all facets of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide price and availability information for capital equipment
  • Update and distribute weekly stock reports
  • Create and distribute key partner account statements
  • Prepare quotes on behalf of the sales team
  • Invoice capital equipment sales
  • Raise purchase requisitions for third-party supplied goods
  • Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or sales support roles (preferably in a capital equipment or technical environment)
  • Experience working with tenders is highly regarded
  • Mechanical aptitude is highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is necessary
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred
