Key Role: Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Sales Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product knowledge, styling advice, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through proactive selling strategies and techniques.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field (not essential but advantageous).
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for fashion and retail.
