Monitoring Centre Operator Job Description

As a skilled Monitoring Centre Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor alarm systems and CCTV feeds to identify potential incidents and take prompt action.
  2. Assess situations and make informed decisions to mitigate risks and prevent security breaches.
  3. Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls to respond to client inquiries and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Perform data entry tasks as required to support business operations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Current monitoring licence
  • At least 1 year of experience in monitoring and security
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
