About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monitoring Centre Operator to join our team. As a key member of our monitoring centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

  • Provide 24/7 security surveillance and respond to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Identify potential incidents and take prompt action to mitigate risks.
  • Interact with police, internal stakeholders, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A current Monitoring Licence.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in monitoring.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Strong communication and written skills.
  5. Maturity and ability to work under pressure.
