About The Opportunity

Location: Securecorp head office – Mulgrave

Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance, completing alarm and emergency service responses to our clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in monitoring.

Roster

Successful candidates must be available for training Monday - Friday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring of alarms and CCTV
  2. Identification of potential incidents
  3. Attending to high volume of outbound/inbound calls
  4. Liaison with police, internal stakeholders, and clients
  5. Occasional data entry
  6. Ability to work in a team environment
Key Selection Criteria
  • Must hold a current Monitoring Licence
  • Minimum 1 year of monitoring experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring
  • Ability to assess incidents and mitigate risks
  • Timely report writing
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Mature outlook
  • Proficient in PC skills for report writing
  • Intermediate keyboard and computer skills
  • Australian Driver's Licence
