Service Operations Manager

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will oversee all aspects of service provision, from repair to general inquiries, guaranteeing that customer demands are fully investigated and solutions are provided that benefit both the customer and the company.
About the Role- Maintain and develop new customer relationships.
- Schedule and allocate work orders for the Field Service team.
- Manage rosters, review timesheets, and provide leadership to a small team.
- Plan labor to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Promote continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
- Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Provide technical support for the Field Service team.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Trade certified mechanic/electrician with significant post-trade experience with CAT equipment.
- Demonstrated people management, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
- Developed communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
