About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will support the leadership team in overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse and team. Your exceptional customer service skills will enable you to understand rural products, manage inventory, and offer solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, WHS, procurement, and logistics.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to deliver on performance objectives.
  • Coaching and building the capability of all employees, providing timely feedback against performance goals.
  • Maintaining high standards of warehouse presentation, stock levels, and timely order dispatch.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As an Operations Supervisor, your ability to adapt and provide solutions will be essential.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Articulate communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
  • High standards of integrity and attention to detail.
  • A current forklift license (preferred).
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry, seasonal fluctuations, and products.
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
