Are you an experienced Residential Manager who wants to work for a progressive, for purpose organisation? We are looking for a leader of our 183 bed aged care residence located in Wagga Wagga.

As the **Residential Manager** you will lead our team at **Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care** to provide quality care to our residents.

You will manage the daily operations of the home, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents. You will have access to the latest technology, a skilled clinical team, and robust head office support that will help you to achieve this.

- Experience managing a large aged care residence
- Hands on leader who sets the example
- Ability to build ongoing relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- AHPRA qualified RN
- Desire to take the delivery of care and services to the next level
- Passion for resident care
- Customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills
