We are currently seeking a **Site Operations Manager**for **Blamey Barracks (Wagga).** Your can-do attitude, safety focus, passion for quality and great service will be rewarded with excellent benefits and conditions. **The Position**:

- Managing staff and site operations
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Driving the Safety Culture at site; initiating and implementing project ideas to drive commitment to safety
- Ensuring Food Safety standards are met and adhered to
- Liaising with above unit management and support services
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Function planning and management

**The Person**:

- Experience in managing site operations within a hospitality environment (10+ years)
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management experience
- Experience and exposure in financial management practices and reporting
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Experience in motivating and driving a team to success and achieving key KPI’s
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude.
