We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.Our teams include Drivers/Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more .

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Operations Manager | Branch Manager to lead our team.
The role is based in Wagga Wagga.You will have a sense of urgency, be a natural people leader, with a customer focus and the ability to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and deliver results.
You will be an excellent communicator; able to establish goals and then support your team to achieve them.In this role you will manage the relationship between operations and our customers.
The facility is offering onsite parking and excellent facilities for our mechanics, drivers and administration team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the operations management team for the commercial waste department in the RiverinaThe ability to plan for growth, engage with the team and see it throughDeliver the overall operations strategy and drive ongoing improvement initiativesDrive a high-level safety and customer service cultureSupport and motivate the teamWork well with other leaders within the business including sales, workshop, customer service and corporate head officeEnsure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirementsABOUT YOUFantastic at employee engagement
