Facilities Cleaning Operations Manager

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a progressive facility management company.
We are looking for a dedicated Area Manager who has experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sites across various sectors including hospitality, events and commercial venues.
- Provide support to contractors & cleaning staff in conjunction with the National Operations Manager.
- Ensure all occupational health and safety processes are observed and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, ensuring their cleaning needs are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality assurance checks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing cleaning operations, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and staff.
