Industrial Laundry Electrician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced licensed industrial electrician to join our maintenance team in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hard-working team and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Summary:

This role involves maintaining plant and equipment at a busy industrial laundry, as well as supervising trades staff and contractors. The successful candidate will have excellent fault finding and problem solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant and equipment at the laundry site.
  • Supervise trades staff and contractors to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Fault find and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Communicate with suppliers and contractors to secure services and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and reporting requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification as an electrician (SA Electrical A Class Licence).
  • Confined Spaces Entry certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety and Worksafe requirements.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance service delivery.
  • Industrial Fault Finding skills and experience.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Installation skills and experience.
  • Circuit Drawing interpretation and Understanding.
  • PLC programming and fault finding skills and experience.
