Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to lead our care and nursing team in delivering exceptional resident-focused care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate the clinical care provided in consultation with residents and their families.
  • Deliver professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at an allocated residential aged care home.
  • Ensure effective working arrangements with visiting medical practitioners and other allied health professionals.
  • Supervise nursing staff and personal care assistants.
Requirements
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
  • Previous supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and understanding of the ageing process.
  • Registration with AHPRA and at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
