Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About Us

XAM is a digital consulting service provider with a team size of over 50 people, spread across multiple regions. We design and build digital products for our clients, who include ASX-listed companies, mid-tier thought leaders, and product start-ups.

Our team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in this exciting journey. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for candidates during the hiring process, representing our brand and culture, and collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire interviewing process from initial outreach to finalisation, including regular communication with hiring managers and maintaining knowledge of market-related salary expectations worldwide.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to enhance sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-fill metrics, and ensure high-quality recruitment processes.
  • Attend and organise industry networking events to foster connections and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • A passion for technology and at least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or equivalent role.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles, focus on employer branding, and develop your career.
  • Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and maintain reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage upwards and engage with managers at all levels.
  • Clear communication skills and a hunger for results and growth.
  • Drive to work effectively within a team environment.
