Position Title: Retail Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities- Conducting customer sales and service transactions efficiently.
- Accurately managing high-value transactions, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
- Processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
- Promoting products and services through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Assisting customers with mail lodgements and related costs.
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable, with a passion for teamwork and customer service. You should be prepared to prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute positively to the community.
Essential Qualifications- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
- Physical capability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for extended periods.
