Key Responsibilities- Conducting customer sales and service transactions efficiently.
- Accurately managing high-value transactions, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
- Facilitating identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews.
- Promoting products and services through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Assisting customers with mail lodgements and related costs.
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Supporting administrative tasks, including stocktaking and record maintenance.
The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable, with a passion for teamwork. You should prioritize customer satisfaction and be prepared to contribute positively to the community. Required qualifications include:
- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
- Physical capability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for extended periods.
