
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional client service and support to our Financial Advisers and Partners.
About the Role:- Participate in client meetings to deliver a personalized and compelling client experience
- Coordinate documentation for client interactions
- Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans, including development of draft strategies, financial modelling, and completion of fact-find data
- Conduct insurance needs analysis and prepare insurance quotes
- Manage workflow to meet client demands and maintain operational processes for other teams, including paraplanning and operations
- Must be pursuing a FASEA-approved education pathway
- Minimum 2 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services
- Desirable skills include Xplan proficiency and client-facing experience
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to grow
