End-to-End Payroll Professional

This role involves end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and working with complex Awards/EBAs to ensure accurate entitlements
- Managing payroll records including novated leases and child support
- Handling payroll tax, superannuation, QLeave, and WorkCover requirements
- Responding to payroll-related employee queries
- Supporting management with month-end processes and reporting
- Reconciling payroll accounts (monthly and EOFY)
- Experience in interpreting and working with complex Awards/EBAs
- A solid foundation in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong Excel skills and confidence across MS Office
- Ideal experience with UKG Ready but not essential
- A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service
- Excellent communication and time management skills
