We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Australia Wide Trades Recruitment. About the Role

This full-time position offers an attractive salary of $38 per hour, providing you with a competitive income while working in a vibrant office environment. As a Senior Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and delivering maintenance contracts, preparing client reports, and ensuring current processes and workflows are up-to-date.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building services industry. Your strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, your intermediate to advanced level of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access, will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and delivery of maintenance contracts and preparation of client reports
  • Ensure current processes and workflows are kept updated
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers
  • Maintain an accredited list of subcontractors
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Create warranty contracts in accordance with company procedures
  • Gather information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the contract management team
  • Complete all contract information as required
  • Assist in coordinating contract management requirements
About You

You are a self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, and excellent written and communication skills. You are enthusiastic about working in a team environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Benefits

This role offers a full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
