Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Acoustics Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in acoustic assessments and noise and vibration modelling. As part of our dedicated team, you will work on various projects across sectors, providing expert advice and technical support.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive acoustic assessments and provide expert advice on noise and vibration issues.

  • Support the technical delivery of noise and vibration projects across various sectors.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive, plan, and deliver integrated projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Degree: A degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field such as Physics or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in delivering environmental acoustics-related projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of acoustic first principles, including noise and vibration modelling and prediction, evaluation of results, control of impacts, and monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including report writing and oral communication.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
