We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Eastern Australia and will involve working on various projects related to noise and vibration assessments.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of acoustic principles and be able to provide expert advice on noise and vibration modelling and prediction, evaluation of results, control of impacts, and monitoring.

  • Relevant degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field such as Physics or Environmental Engineering,
  • 8+ years of applicable experience,
  • A strong track record of delivering environmental acoustics-related projects, with a focus on building-related acoustics experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and oral communication,
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive acoustic assessments
    • Provide expert advice on noise and vibration modelling and prediction, evaluation of results, control of impacts, and monitoring
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Relevant degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field such as Physics or Environmental Engineering,
    • 8+ years of applicable experience,
    • A strong track record of delivering environmental acoustics-related projects, with a focus on building-related acoustics experience
