Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane offices. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

About the Role

This role will be operational, driving efficiency and accuracy of digital campaign implementation and reporting, as well as tactical, translating digital campaign data into insights and recommendations to increase quality enquiry volume.

The ideal candidate will have strong competency in digital channels such as Social, Display, and Search from both media and production/creative perspectives. They should also have experience working in a client role managing a significant performance media budget, including involvement in media planning, buying, and implementation, as well as data-driven analysis and thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and agencies to brief in new and updated creative assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance using various tools and dashboards, providing frequent and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries about digital marketing performance with confidence and accuracy.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve outstanding digital campaigns.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a client role or within a media agency, managing performance media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, data analysis, and direct response campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
