We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role- You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client group, ensuring their financial back-office runs smoothly.
- You will guide clients through onboarding, manage ongoing service delivery, resolve major issues, and proactively engage clients with insights and advice to improve retention and renewal outcomes.
Supported by a collaborative Customer Solutions team, Marketplace Experts, and Quality Review and Automation tooling, you will ensure clients experience our exceptional service promise through their daily interactions with us.
Your Skills and Qualifications- A strong background in client relationship management and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and advocate for customer needs.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and advise customers on financial back-office efficiencies.
