We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client group, ensuring their financial back-office runs smoothly.
  • You will guide clients through onboarding, manage ongoing service delivery, resolve major issues, and proactively engage clients with insights and advice to improve retention and renewal outcomes.

Supported by a collaborative Customer Solutions team, Marketplace Experts, and Quality Review and Automation tooling, you will ensure clients experience our exceptional service promise through their daily interactions with us.
