Customer Service Team Leader - Business Desking & Seating Systems

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead our Customer Service Team in the Business Desking & Seating Systems division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives specializing in Business Desking & Seating Systems.
  • Scheduling Estimators and Quotation Preparation: Coordinate and schedule estimators to conduct assessments and gather necessary information for quotation. Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations based on customer requirements and assessment findings.
  • Quotation Follow-Up and Order Securing: Proactively follow up on quotations to understand customer needs and concerns. Negotiate terms, pricing, and finalize orders to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Facilitation of Project Handovers to Operations: Coordinate project handovers to the operations team for projects. Provide comprehensive project briefings and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in sales and customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage scheduling, quotations, and project handovers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and secure orders.
