The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join a supportive and high-performing team. The role involves providing clients with expert legal advice, reviewing relevant case law, conducting thorough legal research, managing a robust workload, and developing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, commercial, and legally accurate advice to clients.
  • Regularly review applicable case law and legislative changes.
  • Conduct effective legal research and analysis.
  • Manage a significant workload, prioritizing tasks and delivering services efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and strategy.
  • Manage prospective client relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate closely within a team environment.
  • Continually develop professional skills and stay up-to-date with MCLE requirements.


Requirements
  • 2-4 years' PQE.
  • A strong desire to be an integral part of a cohesive team.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on key aspects.
  • Practical and client-focused problem-solving and research skills.
  • Previous exposure to business development and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and work within tight timeframes.
  • Interest in establishing a long-term successful career with our organization.
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a team.
  • Strong focus on turnaround time and efficient service delivery.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to make informed decisions.
