The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or an Associate with at least 1.5 years of PQE to join our Financial and Professional Risks team, working with Dean Pinto across various areas of Financial Lines coverage and defence.
Our Financial & Professional Risks team advises leading domestic and international insurers on high-profile and complex matters, shaping the future of financial lines litigation.

Solicitors' professional indemnity claims and environmental liability matters: Providing expert advice on claims against legal practitioners and issues related to environmental liabilities.
Coverage aspects of financial lines: Advising on high stakes indemnity disputes and policy interpretation matters.
Directors and Officers Liability: Defending directors and officers in claims related to their corporate roles.
Management and Professional Liability: Handling claims involving mismanagement, employment practices, fiduciary duties, and defending various professionals, including accountants and consultants, against negligence claims.
Who you are
1.5+ years' PQE with experience in professional indemnity, general litigation, coverage, or financial lines
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
A collaborative approach and a commitment to excellence
Confidence to take ownership of matters and drive them forward
A desire to grow your career in a leading insurance and risk practice
