Job Description


The Rail Network Reliability Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our rail network, working closely with our team to monitor and test systems, identify faults and irregularities, and coordinate the rectification of service outages.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor and test rail network systems to identify potential faults and irregularities


• Investigate and resolve issues related to rail network performance and safety


• Coordinate the rectification of service outages and report on network performance


• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve network reliability goals



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


• A Trade Certificate in Telecommunications or equivalent experience


• ACMA Open Cabler Registration


• Class C Drivers licence


• Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team


• Proactive approach to investigating faults and resolving issues
