We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Visualizer to join our team at The Travel Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative digital visualizations to bring our brand stories to life.

Job Summary

As a Lead Digital Visualizer, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all visual elements align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional who can take ownership of the design process, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.

  • Design and develop innovative digital visualizations, including 3D animations, motion graphics, and interactive experiences.
  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand goals and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
