Job Overview

This Digital Graphic Designer Co-Ordinator role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 working days in our Bondi Junction office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing collateral for campaigns across Contiki, Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, and Costsaver tour brands.
  • Design solutions to support B2B and B2C activities, including brand campaigns, tactical promotions, incentives, acquisition initiatives, and engagement/retention communications.
  • Develop digital marketing campaign assets for web, display, EDM, and social channels.
  • Lead the design of digital and video projects for the studio.
  • Build automated ad templates.
  • Assist in designing offline/print materials.
  • Deliver compelling design concepts following existing brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketers to take creative briefs from initial concept to completion, while also delivering smart regionalisation options for globally produced assets.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a similar field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an in-house design studio or within an agency environment.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing capabilities.
  • Experience in designing digital assets for social media channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest).
  • Ability to multi-task and progress several projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great design skills combined with a focus on results and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and passion regarding design trends and innovation.
  • Great communication skills and openness to collaboration.
  • Adaptability, agility, and commitment to team success.
