About the Position
We are seeking a temporary accounts payable and receivable specialist to join our finance team for a six-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Generate and issue invoices to suppliers promptly.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and allocate transactions correctly.
Assist with month-end processes and reporting tasks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers effectively.
Maintain data accuracy in accounting systems and associated software.
About You:
You must have previous experience using accounting software, preferably Job Pac.
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and best practices is essential.
You should possess high attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
You should be able to work autonomously and manage deadlines effectively.
Prior experience in construction, civil, or engineering industry is highly regarded.
