Our Supported Living team is looking for a skilled Facilitator to join their ranks. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with individuals and their support networks to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who can provide person-centered support to people in their daily lives. This includes personal care, meal preparation, and household management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the principles of Supported Living and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

  • They will also possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Have a strong understanding of the principles of disability support and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card.

  • Possess a current Open Drivers License.

  • Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
