Job Title: Learning Operations Manager
">As a Learning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs across various functions. This includes designing courseware, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage deliverables according to endorsed plans and timelines.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Develop processes to monitor compliance oversight of training programs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and customer satisfaction, utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management expertise.
- Advanced business knowledge of clinical research & development, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training.
- Ability to influence and negotiate change in complex organizations.
