Ecommerce Manager Job Description

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimisation of our digital channels. Your primary objective is to develop and implement strategies that elevate our ecommerce presence, nurture relationships with major online platforms, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate Ecommerce Presence: Develop trading activities on various platforms to boost our online presence and increase brand visibility.
  • Amazon ANZ Ownership: Nurture the relationship between our brand and Amazon ANZ, ensuring our products are competitive in the market.
  • KPI-driven Revenue Growth: Monitor key performance indicators and devise strategies to align revenue growth with sales targets.
  • Data Insights Expertise: Analyse and provide valuable insights from reporting and feedback data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with regional teams to develop marketing and ecommerce plans that resonate with our target audience.
  • Website Optimisation: Optimize our website for customer conversion, enhancing content, user experience, and the overall customer journey.
  • CMS Management: Manage the content management system (CMS) for seamless functionality and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in establishing and optimising on-site and marketplace presences.
  • Previous experience working with Amazon as a marketplace seller.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and advertising technology.
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics data.
