Unlock your potential in a challenging and rewarding role as a Packaging Innovator. As part of our Fibre Packaging technical team, you will play a pivotal part in driving product innovation and improvements through the design and implementation of packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective packaging strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, leveraging this knowledge to enhance existing products and identify new opportunities

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing new packaging solutions to improving existing ones. You will also have the chance to collaborate with sales, marketing and production teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Ideal degree in engineering or similar field, or relevant technical expertise in the packaging industry
  • Previous experience within packaging, preferably as a packaging engineer, designer or technician
  • Ability and desire to communicate effectively with customers to discuss technical and design solutions
  • Plenty of energy, enthusiasm, curiosity and appetite for learning
