Packaging Innovation Specialist

The Packaging Solutions Developer will play a key role in delivering innovative packaging solutions to meet the needs of our consumer and flavour solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design and development of new packaging projects from concept to commercialization.
- Provide technical support to business plans and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure purpose-led performance and sustainability targets are met.
- Support the APCO action plan, report writing, and conduct PREP tool analysis.
- Conduct packaging line trials and maintain all packaging and testing specifications.
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Packaging Solutions Developer who has experience in the following areas:
- Packaging experience in a FMCG environment.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
