Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing data engineering pipelines using Snowflake as the cloud data warehouse and data lake service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large volumes of complex data from multiple sources and technologies;
  • Developing ELT data pipelines using dbt (data build tool) with Snowflake as the cloud data warehouse;
  • Building lean and efficient data transformation pipelines at an advanced level;
  • Maintaining strong technical proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing across various database technologies;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-volume data warehousing solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in data analysis, integration, modeling, and interpretation;
  • A minimum of 2+ years of working experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse and data lake service;
  • Advanced knowledge of snowflake topics such as RBAC, dynamic tables, and optimization techniques;
  • Demonstrable career history working with and delivering high-volume data warehousing solutions.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
