Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Lead to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our agile squad, you will lead the design, build, test, and deployment of data warehouse/data lake solutions for customers, including ETL. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Collaborating with scrum masters to manage inter-team dependencies and ongoing schedule dependencies
  • Understanding and anticipating customer needs to effectively manage the development process
  • Reporting on key agile metrics and traditional metrics
  • Prioritizing backlog items based on customer value, time, and team dependencies
  • Serving as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Professional Services experience working in an onshore/offshore model
  • A proven track record of project managing data projects for customers, including ETL, data warehouses, and large reporting systems
  • Project management experience working in agile teams and using project management fundamentals
  • Experience managing customers and stakeholders
  • A passion for innovation and knowledge of upcoming tech trends
  • Ability to manage expectations and communication from cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

As a Data Solutions Lead, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
